Raymond Goh is the Founding Partner and CIO/Portfolio Manager of New Silk Road. He was a Managing Director of GIC and the Head of GIC’s Asia Pacific Equities team where he led a team of 8 portfolio managers, 16 analysts and 6 traders. He had been managing Asia ex-Japan equity portfolios for GIC for 19 years, from 1990 to 2008. He also managed a Global Equities portfolio from 1997 to 2003, and a Global Telecoms Sector portfolio from 1998 to 2003. He holds a CFA and graduated with a BBA First Class Honours degree from the National University of Singapore in 1990.

YL Hoong is the Founding Partner and Portfolio Manager of New Silk Road. He last served as the Head of HK/China Equity Products for Deutsche Bank. After serving his first job in GIC in Singapore, he lived and worked in Hong Kong/Shanghai/Beijing between 1993-2008, working in a variety of roles spanning direct investment and public equity research. He holds a CFA and graduated with a Honours degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Feng Xin joined New Silk Road in 2010. Prior to joining New Silk Road, Feng Xin was an Assistant Manager with KPMG Corporate Finance Singapore (2008-2010), focusing on valuation and M&A advisory. He also served as a business analyst at a China-based listed import & export company (2001-2003).
Feng Xin holds a CFA and graduated with two Masters degrees (Master of Accountancy and M.Sc. in Applied Statistics) from Bowling Green State University and a B.A. in Accounting from Nanjing University.

Koh Sang has joined New Silk Road as an analyst and will be responsible for idea generation and investment analysis. Prior to joining New Silk Road, Koh Sang was an analyst with APS Asset Management (2005-2008) and Goldman Sachs Asset Management (2004-2005).Before that, he was an engineer with Micron Semiconductor (2001-2004).
Koh Sang holds a MSc in Wealth Management from the Singapore Management University and a Honours degree in Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Before joining NSR at inception, Adrian spent 6 years working with new funds such as Libra Capital, Amoeba Capital and Alcor Investment where he managed all the operational aspects of the businesses including front/middle office, compliance, due diligence and investor relations. Prior to that, he spent 6 years with global investment banks in positions including middle/back-office operations, compliance and client management. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree from the Queensland University of Technology in Australia.
